Right of Revocation
Customers of online stores have the basic right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days, without providing any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day that you, or any third party authorised by you, other than the carrier, has accepted delivery of the final item(s) of your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract, you must explicitly inform us, the provider, by means of a clear statement of your decision to do so (e.g., by letter, fax or e-mail). In order to meet the deadline for cancellation of the contract, it is sufficient to send notification stating your intent to exercise said right before the end of the aforementioned cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping charges (except for additional costs arising if you choose a method of shipping different from the most cost-efficient standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days, from the day we receive the notice of cancellation. We will issue the refund by the same method of payment that you selected for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged a fee for this refund.
You must ship or deliver the goods back to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us that you are cancelling this contract. The deadline shall be considered to have been met if the products are sent before the fourteen day period has expired. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. The customer will bear the cost of the return if the delivered goods are as ordered and when the cost of the return does not exceed the sum of 40 Euros, or any higher cost if, at the time of the cancellation, the customer has not yet performed their obligations or made a partial payment of the goods and services in accordance with contractual obligations. In all other cases, returns are free of cost for the customer. Goods which cannot be sent as packages will be collected from you. Obligations regarding the reimbursement of payments must be carried out within 30 days. For the customer, the period begins when the cancellation notice or the goods are sent and for us, upon receipt of the same.
You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if a test of the condition, characteristics, and functioning of the goods shows that the loss in value is due to improper handling on your part.
